Khuzai and Natasha's Reception at PWTC, Dewan Merdeka 090105

A very grand setting, and the bride looked lovely in blue and gold. Very very nice wedding.
I forgot to use flash in most of the pictures so end result; a lot of shaky ones
Can't wait to get a new camera.

Third Day at Langkawi - 24 Dec 2004
|
|
The third and final day of our family-holiday. We held a telematch and it was great fun. Imagine a fifty year old doing a lari kaki tiga with a five year old!
The event was held at the burau beach behind our resort. I wonder if the beach was hit by the tidal waves. Hopefully not.
Immediately after the telematch, we all left the resort for home. My grandma, Aiman and myself took the flight home while the rest took the ferry.

Second Day at Langkawi - 23 Dec 2004
|
|
The day of visits. We visited Underwater world (and saw Nemo! ),Kilang Perusahaan Gamat, Makam mahsuri and we went shopping! Of course there are no pictures of the shopping trip as I was busy shopping as well =)
Then at night we had BBQ at Baikon, Pantai Cenang. The seafood was fresh but I missed the crab as I was busy taking photos.
Update: I read in the papers today that the place where we had our BBQ at Pantai Cenang was badly hit by the Tsunami. It's hard to believe that I was just there two days before it happened.

First day at Langkawi - 22 Dec 2004
|
|
The first day of our three day family vacation. There were 37 of us (Ayah Chik couldn't get his leave approved while Hanna is in Dublin) on the all-paid for (by Pak Cik Mat) vacation to Langkawi.
My grandma and I took the flight there while the rest went by ferry from Kuala Perlis.
We later met up at a Thai restaurant in Pekan Kuah and had really good food for lunch. We then proceeded to Mutiara Burau Bay Resort.
After checking in and settling down in our respective chalets, we went to take the Cabel Car which is just about 5 minutes away. I must say that I was quite impressed with the cabel car and the views were just magnificent. However, my camera ran out of film as I reached the peak (this is why I want to get a new digicam) so I couldn't take much photos of the views from the top.
After the cabel car ride, we went for dinner at another Thai restaurant and then it was back to the resort for everybody except for me and my aunties who went to Pekan Kuah to shop for the telematch prizes.
